Special Conditions:

HVAC Equipment - All individuals attempting to sell central HVAC equipment must have:

• Valid State of Texas HVAC technician certification.
  

• Or a receipt showing replacement of a unittt.
  

Requirements for selling a vehicle:

1. Must have a clean title.
2. Fuel tank must be REMOVED from frame of vehicle and drained.
3. All fluids must be drained. 

We require a clean title for all titled vehicles and trailers. This includes all motorcycles, atvs, homemade trailers, etc.
